A variety of facilities and accommodations make our guests feel completely at home on our campsite.
Thanks to two sanitary blocks that are cleaned daily, you can shower whenever you want. Located just 800 meters away are two bakeries, and our bar has plenty of drinks, and in the summer we offer small snacks. So you certainly don’t have to cook every day.
When designing the campsite, we’ve considered facilities for both the young and old, sports enthusiasts, and those seeking tranquility. Camping Groeneveld exudes a ‘vacation’ vibe from the moment you arrive.

Sanitary facilities
On the campsite you will find two spacious, well-maintained sanitary blocks with plenty of showers, toilets and washrooms. There are separate washing facilities for babies and a (wheelchair) accessible sanitary area for campers with specific needs. Additionally, there are various toilets available in the bar.
Furthermore, at Camping Groeneveld, you will also find:
- A laundrette.
- Sinks for dishwashing.
- A disposal point for chemical toilets.
- A disposal point for greywater.

Bistro / Bar
Cheering together for our Red Devils? Or enjoying a tasty local beer while playing a game of darts or billiards? You’ll find this and various other amenities in our cozy bar. In the summer, we serve small snacks and delightful ice creams. Our offerings include:
- Belgian beers such as: Duvel, Westmalle, Orval and tasty regional beers.
- Gins, pastis, martini, port, white and red wine,…
- Soft drinks, fruit juice, water.
- Chocolate bars, chips and ‘Ijsboerke’ ice cream.
- In the summer: various snacks such as regional dishes with or without meat.
Next to the bar is our petanque court. Enjoy a true feeling of France during a game of petanque accompanied by a glass of pastis.
During the year, we also regularly organize theme evenings in our bar.
Recreation for all ages
There is much to do in and around the campsite. In addition to the previously mentioned pool table, darts, and petanque court, we also offer a fishing pond, a small playground, and a bookshelf. During the summer, we also regularly organize fun events.
For the sports enthusiasts, we rent bicycles and kayaks. Walking and cycling maps are available at the reception.
Camping Groeneveld is located near Ooidonk Castle, Filliers grain distillery, and the culture-historical cities of Bruges and Ghent.
